"I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation for the help I received from Michael Izak. He called me to talk about the savings that I could receive by adding home insurance to my existing auto insurance. I stopped him to let him know that I was unhappy dealing with State Farm because I was having problems getting my auto claim processed and getting my car paid for after it was totaled almost 2 months ago. I was having problems getting my claims handler to return my calls and I felt i wasn't getting help. Mr Michael asked if he could look into what the trouble was and tried helping me. He then returned my call letting me know what state farm needed from my bank and suggested that I call to try to get my loan company to send what they needed. So I did exactly what he told me to do and in a matter of 3 days I got a notice saying that a payment will be made. I don't understand why I had to get involved but when I did everything took about 3 days to get resolved and I thank him for helping me get everything resolved! He went above and beyond his duties to help me and I really appreciate that! I just wanted someone to know. He originally called me to sale me on one product, saw it was upset with another product so he tried helping me with a completely different issue. Now he earned my business with the original reason for his call!"
